The Decade Is Saved - iCarly Is Coming to Netflix

There is not one piece of culture from the last decade more iconic than iCarly. The hit Nickelodeon show captivated Gen Z from the day it aired in 2007 to the night we tearfully watched Carly Shay sign off for the last time in 2012. Since then, I’ve struggled to replicate the joy I felt watching a brand new episode on a Friday night after elementary school. Occasionally I’ll come across an old episode on TV, or maybe a nostalgic clip will appear on my Instagram feed. However, that gaping hole in all of our lives will finally be refilled today, for iCarly is coming to Netflix.

Today, Netflix will add the first two seasons of iCarly to its streaming platform. Currently, Netflix hasn’t announced whether it will add the other four seasons at a later date.. Perhaps this limited release will be such a hit that Netflix will beg Nickelodeon for the rights to the other seasons, but one can only hope.

This month, Netflix will of course be adding several other noteworthy series and movies, like the third film in the riveting To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before series and both of the Conjuring movies. You can find a full list of what’s coming to Netflix this month here
